It is rain outside and I guess we need to cancel the picnic for today. Actually, it is not cats and dogs rain but only showering… and I don’t think we are going to have fun to play and do some barbeque on a wet park :D so… stay at home, later on will continue our house hunting, do weekly shopping and maybe… visiting some friends tonight. We will see… for now? Organizing my pictures’ file and write a post here :)
Today’s topic is about the process of capturing the owner of the sky, birds! I had chance to go out with Bunca Caei – one of my good friends here in Stockholm- to try and learn shooting seagulls near her house. I got a couple of nice pictures but I’ll put here the ones that I think the best to show the ability of this bird :) These photos might not everyone cup of tea but this is just my opinion and my way to share with you how amazing nature is. Honestly speaking, capturing birds is not an easy task because you need to get ready all the time and choose one as an main object to capture, so bear with me… I am still in the process of learning here :D
I didn’t use any technique to capture this beauty, I just grabbed camera and shoot continuously while Bunda throw bread to the air.
Did I get all pictures as clear as these?
Definitely NOT! :D haha!
Lots of them just blur or completely blur but it is okay I guess. Sometimes blur picture could tell you something interesting, a quirky story. Hopefully next week I could go with Bunda again and shoot some more of them. This time, I’ll stay a bit longer and I cross my finger for a better weather than today :D Please… please… give me sun next week LOL!!!
I have seen many amazing pictures of birds on the internet and I wish one day I would be able to have the same opportunity to see them for real especially my two favorite birds; Albatross and Eagles. Meeting them is one of my biggest dream, I could say :)
School is finish from now and I’ll have more time to take a long walk in town and train my ability to photograph any object I encounter in life. I haven’t been able to master my own camera and lenses and this year I’ve been thinking to do it. Better late than never :D Once again, finger cross… we will have better weather next week here in Stockholm :)
I hope you enjoy these picture as much as I do and will see you a bit later. Ups… don’t forget to have a wonderful weekend everyone!
