Expat-blog’s logo and a Swedish cake

Another break time from studying, so I decided to have my dinner and write a bit about Expat-blog site’s logo. In my opinion, it is a very cute logo and love the fact that they have many different colours. It look like this this…… very cute huh! 🙂 Love it!!!
I just find out about this logo when I tried to link this blog with the Expat-blog site. I got many friends from that site, especially those who will move to or new in Sweden. I thankful for that opportunity 🙂 I’m not able yet to put this blog there because this blog is too young and I have to fulfil the requirement to be able to share more. Hey… it will be soon for sure 😀 Hopefully by the end of this week I can see ‘Odyssey of dema’ in Expat-blog.

One more picture for today is about ‘Sockerkaka’ which is kind of Swedish sponge cake. I made the same cake last night but the actual picture I took a couple months ago. My defend is… it is the same cake, LOL!!! The good think with this cake is you can make it in a big form or make it as a muffin, and also about the taste you can just put whatever taste you want really, example: choco powder, vanila, any kind of berries, etc. That’s why it becomes one of our family cake 🙂 and this cake was the first baking cake that I made using a proper recipe. Usual I bought the ready make dough for baking. Yayayayya…. I know, but what can I do… to bake is not my cup of tea. But because of this cake my confidence grew and no one can stop me to bake now hahahahha.

I think this will be the last post for today and I’m sure that I’ll see you folks tomorrow with another story and another picture.

Bye bye…!
