Yes, it is the picture of my kaffir lime plant which I suppose to write about it last night but I had so much to do and need to finish first. Back to the story π
By living away from Bali, Indonesia makes me hard to find some spices, especially when I want to cook Balinese or Indonesian foods. One of them is kaffir lime. We, in this case I use a lot of kaffir lime’s leaf in my food, even for some western food such as pasta. It gives some freshness taste to the food itself. That’s why I use it all the time and P loves it too π *I guess this is the most important fact* haha Continue, because of that I’ve been thinking to try to plant it by myself from seed… and I did, around two weeks ago. Yeeeeeesss, I know this is winter time but I think we still can do some indoor gardening. I was not sure because when I got the seed from the fruit, I just put it in straight away in the soil. Lately, I knew from my friends that we need to dry the seed first before we can plant them. Well, inside my heart I have hope that it will works and here you are…. after two weeks I can see something happen with the pot π I can see my baby kaffir lime tree, yeaaayyyy… definitely it puts smile on my face. Honestly, I could say that I found another reason to say, happiness is simple!!!! I am super duper happy just to see this cute tree grow up every day.
I keep you posted about my kaffir lime for sure π
Another story, today is my first day at school and I can’t wait to get my first lecture next week. I bought a couple of mandatory books and will read them soon. It was great feeling to know that I will go to school again and busy with task and lots of reading. Really love it!!! *I know it sounds weird but I kind of addicted with study and books* π
Ups, my books waiting for me but as I said before… will keep you posted folks π See you soon then!
