A piece of Bali (in my very own eyes)

Suddenly I miss Bali, place where I was born and raised. Having a small chat with an old friend from high school is maybe the reason why my thought went to this tiny yet amazing island of God. I open my files where I have so many pictures but yet not complete of Bali. I wish I could captured more of its beauty next time, when the time allows me to have another chance to spend with my family, friends and its nature. I remember when I had to wake up early morning to be able to join many tourist to see dolphins in their original habitat, it is shown on the picture above how beautiful the feeling was, to welcome the day on the sea and say a simple “Hi” to the sun. The beauty of spending time in Bali with my loved ones is I could just sit down, enjoy the view by the pool or drive a car along the coast, visiting some nice places and the most important thing is get in touch with mother nature. Enjoying the greenery, the amazing rice field, an heritage garden or maybe just a simple statue is something that I am longing to when I was away. Well… who will not love this island of God?! I am so grateful to have many collections of scenery that I can take a look at every time this feeling comes to me🙂Not only the nature that I miss about Bali today, I miss to eat foods that made by my Mom. Spicy yet delicious!!! Yes, I know I can make it here in Stockholm but hey… it is missing my Mom’s touch. I promise myself to make the best of my next trip to Bali. Hmm, should I make a list what do I want to eat when I am in Bali? I guess I should, so I won’t forget any of them😀 But it means I need to be prepared to gain some more kilos ups… as I had in the past. We live only once so I might as well make it fully🙂 haha! Oh nooooooo… I am hungry now!!!! Next photo was taken in Kuta, one of the famous beaches in Bali. To be honest, we didn’t spend a lot of our time in this area because for my family and me, Sanur is much much better place to have a good relaxation when we are on holiday. Again, this is just our opinion😀 of course there are many nice spots too in Kuta, especially if you want to get many choices of shops and restaurants. Especially restaurants, you can choose from a market style or middle class to the most expensive one, all in Kuta area🙂 Do you want to buy couple of nice souvenir from Bali to your friends and family? Then you just need to go to Kuta and you find them all there. How about the price? Well… there are variety of prices for sure, if you are good in doing bargain then you could get a brilliant deal😀 otherwise have some local with you to help you to find the best deal you can get haha! I guess it is valid in every country that we visit as a tourist. These are one of restaurant which I think has a good atmosphere to enjoy your vacation. But if you want to taste real Balinese food, then I would suggest you to go to the market because in my opinion, the taste of the food is more authentic compare with the one in the restaurant, well again… this is just me and my Swedish family opinion🙂 the choice is definitely yours in this case. I could say you don’t need to worry to not having choices regarding food in Bali, I could say.

Ups…. I need to go now for work and I’ll be back later on, maybe will put more pictures of Bali or maybe about something else, I don’t know yet. I hope you enjoy to see a part of Bali that I have with me here, trust me there are more in my external hard drive than these😛 haha!

Let me wish you, a great day and see you soon then!🙂
