It is Sunday again… time flies and the new week is only in the corner 🙂 Wake up in the morning and I found an email from daily post about the new challenge. I know… I am so late but hey… it’s better late than never, right?! 😀 So… in this post will be all about the challenge, a photo that means CLOSE to me. Hmm… actually I have thousand pictures that mean a lot and close to me. In the challenge mention only a photo but I’ll put some of them and share a story from each of them. Hope it will okay 🙂 The first picture is a view from one of the island in Stockholm, is taken in early spring season. Have a look at this picture gives me peace, I could see myself having a cup of tea and writing my story on the wooden deck. I can’t really describe in words how this picture means to me because it is hard to put it in words. I just admire it so much. Second picture is a picture of my man when we had chance to enjoy the nature together in the late winter at one of many beautiful parks in Stockholm. We had such long walk and it was another moments in my life that I am so grateful for having my lovely P beside me and lovely mother nature surround us, what a precious moment it was… indeed! It reminds me of the winter wonderland and next winter we will have another walk together there and for sure will take more pictures this time 🙂
Third picture is one of my favorite shot, it shows how much I love to walk with mother nature and this type of activity is very common in Sweden. It doesn’t matter what weather we have, we always get in touch with nature. Something that could be really hard to do in other country and this is another opportunity that I thank God for it. Sweden is famous with its nature and it makes you learn more about life from them. For example, this picture is taken in one of nature reservations that only a couple of hundred meter from where I live. Even smack in town you could find green everywhere, you might not believe me… but please do visit Stockholm and you will see this beauty 🙂
The last but not least picture is a grave in Skogkyrkogården known as The Woodland Cemetery, one of the world heritage in Sweden. The first time I went here, I was amazed with how big it was and strangely enough, I didn’t feel frighten to walk and see one by one the grave there. If I’m not mistaken, this cemetery is number 558 on the list World Heritage List by UNESCO. There are couple of special celebration that held in this place, one of them is All Saints day. This year I promise myself to be there and capture the celebration 🙂 This picture is close to me because it reminds me about the end of our journey here. A reminder that when our turn come, we will be alone. To answer all the questions about our behavior when we are alive, either it is good or bad. The time when only God and us!
Well… these are some of pictures that close to me. Before I put end in this post… let me wish you all… Have a wonderful Sunday, friends! See you again later…!!!
