Travel theme: Sunset

Sunset? Ohhhh… I love sunset!! 🙂

I’ve seen many sunset in my life and each of them is special. This time, I’ll show you my 2 sunset pictures from my home town Bali, Indonesia and two others from my second home, Sweden. Even though I took them at the same place, you will see there are something different about it, something unique that can take your mind to dream about a story or a place -psssttt!!! It happens to me every time I see a sunset photo- 😀 The first picture was taken in Kuta Bali when we had our trip to visit family back in 2010. Yeah… it was two years ago and to see this picture again makes me miss Bali but hey… we will going there soon 🙂 Ups… back to the picture now, Deni!!! 🙂

Second picture was taken at the same place, but as you see… the colors is different! Can you believe it??!!! Yes, that is like magic, that is the ability that our mother nature has. It’s amazing isn’t it? That’s the reason why I always love sunset, it never the same even though you take photos at the same place and the same day, the same sunset 🙂 In Bali, I am lucky to have many places to see sunrise and sunset, those places called Sanur, a beach where you can do some yoga in the morning while watching the sun rises from the gazebo that you could find in some of the piers. The other place of course Kuta, but just to let you know that I’m not that kin to go to Kuta during day time because it is to crowded. Usually we go to Kuta before we have dinner, to just see the sun sets and enjoying the colors before we go to local market to eat whatever we want or maybe try something new. I love Sanur because it is very calm and allows you to have a relax time during your holiday 🙂 but if you like party then Kuta might be the one place you should go 😀

Helloooo…. back to topic please!!!

Hehehhe I’m so sorry, it is always like that every time I talk about my birth place 🙂 I can’t help it guys, I’m really sorry. Now, we are back to the theme, which is sunset! Next is picture is a scene from one of the island which build Stockholm called Djurgården. It was early spring and I had walk with my loved one. The way the sun hits the tree is fascinated and can’t help myself to capture it. It mixed perfectly with the water, the trees and the shape of the river. As you see that there is still some snow left, make it even more interesting and beautiful 🙂

The last picture was taken when we have a summer sunset in the island of Blidö as I posted a yesterday here. Again here, our mother nature displays some of her breathtaking colors, orange, blue, black aaaahhh…. don’t you just love them?! I do!!! 😀

Every sunset that I show here has its own uniqueness, from the colors, the shape of the clouds, the surrounding nature, it is always something new… something that makes you grab your camera or phones to preserve them for you to look at again. Beauty that you don’t want to miss out with your eyes, as if mother nature would like to tell us one story each and every day, she doesn’t want us to get bored I guess 🙂

Well… I’m not late this time to submit my contribution for theme this week, … sunset!!!

I really love that first image and the last one as well

  3. So much drama, flaring up in wild vivid colours, fizzing out to darkness – your last sunset catches this fleeting, transitory drama perfectly 🙂
