Weekly Photo Challenge: Merge

I’ve learned how to merge many pictures become one photo but I can tell you that it is not my cup of tea. I didn’t do it a lot to be honest but I’ve done merging photos a little bit that is the reason why I don’t have many collections for this week photo challenge πŸ™‚

Have I told you that I am useless in the case of using Photoshop *huge grin* πŸ˜€ Yes, I use Photoshop just to merge my signature with my pictures other than that well… as I said, I am a completely newΒ beginner haha!Β So how did I do these pictures, well… my teacher in gymnasium school show me how πŸ™‚ but trust me… if you ask me to do it again now, hmmm… it will take me loooooonggg time to dig my memory. I can tell you one reason, maybe because I don’t train myself enough to do this technique over and over again. Beside the fact that I am useless with Photoshop, deep down I don’t like to use it πŸ˜€ when I would like to change the color of my pictures, I always use Lightroom but yet I’m not an expert at all haha πŸ™‚

The first picture was made from 8 different pictures and one texture that I made myself. The picture about a Balinese sailor on his way home after a day at work in the sea. I captured him when he passed in front of us and we exchanged smile πŸ™‚ the background is Sanur beach, Bali Indonesia as you see the traditional boat and sunbed are from the background picture. The second picture will be one of my project when our friend Matilda and Adde has her daughter baptism day. It is made from 3 different pictures and one texture picture. I kind of like it this combination because the color and the flower are matched nicely πŸ™‚

Next is another picture from Bali. I created it by using 4 pictures and one texture. It is not really smooth and tidy picture but at for me, it shows the activities that we do in Bali, in every day life. The temple is called Ulun Danu temple, located in one of the lake in Bali which known as Beratan lake. It is easy to find this temple, it’s approximately 1,5 hours from Denpasar towards Singaraja, North part of Bali. Beratan lake is one of tourist destination area in Bali, so you might find the place a bit crowded with tourist and local πŸ™‚

Fourth picture of mine is only made from one picture and one texture. As I said before that I don’t have many manipulation pictures that using many pictures at the same time but hey… it doesn’t mean that I’m not able to do it, just take a bit longer time haha! πŸ˜› This picture was one of our friends, Magnus when he played a squash match for his club. I put a texture to make it more interesting, as if someone doesn’t like this photo and squish it but at the end, doesn’t want to throw it and try to fix but the squish effect is still there πŸ™‚ Oh nooo… I’m using my imagination too much!! Psssttt! Did I tell you that I have habit to give a story to every single picture I took. I don’t intend to do it, it just come out from my head automatically πŸ˜€ Well, hope you enjoy my pictures and my wild imagination which come with it haha!
